Tokyo Time

Tokyo Time! Am so excited to be here and scout out fashion spots like Harajuku (Tokyo’s shopping mecca frequented by fashion conscious Tokyo under 30’s), Shibuya (shopping at its most extreme! bring a water bottle) and Daikanyama. The BEST fashion discovery is the ‘Tokyo Super Guide’ (SuperFuture series) Had to share my packing preparation as well!!!!

Park Avenue Princess

I am in Singapore at the moment, and guess what? So is Kate Middleton!!! How fabulous is that? Anyway, back to my blog (Kate Kate Kate…who wore a Singaporean designer dress) This gorgeous jacket from Jaspal (only available in Thailand and Malaysia) is so lovely and chic (like Kate), with a dress, pencil skirt or even jeans. And I adore their packaging and cute free IPhone case gift to celebrate four decades. Don’t you just love cute freebies and awesome packaging? and Kate?

Currently Craving

One needs dreams, especially on a Monday morning. So here are the top three items currently in my thoughts & prayers

Kate Hudson stuns in a nude Atelier Versace dress at the Venice Film Festival. How to get her hair here. Elizabeth Olsen is fresh and edgy in her Bullett Magazine shoot (out-shining her twin sisters who are more boohoo than boho) and finally, the black Givenchy Lucrezia Duffel Bag – worn by Amanda Seyfried, and seen regularly enough on other celebs for it to feel like fashion conditioning……i want one….will have one….must buy one….

Hounds Tooth Blazer

A classic jacket like this is a wardrobe staple. It can be tossed over a pencil skirt and blouse, a cocktail dress, jeans, even shorts and heels. The more I wear this one, the better the shape. I love that this jacket is all business, but when I take it off the slouch off-the-shoulder top brings in some fun and cheekiness.

Jacket – Zara Collection (old) similar. Pink skirt – Zara. Grey T – Gap. Feather earrings – a gift. Diamante flats – Aldo

Indian Print Tunic

Cute floaty print shirt – perfect with tight flare jeans and flats. Makes me want to do a peace sign! Happy Wednesday!

Green print shirt – Zara (new) Jeans – Zara 1975 flare.

Spots and Stripes

It is raining again today and two seconds after this shoot my hair has increased in volume and curled on the left side. Horrific. Was thinking about keeping my GHD at work for these kind of emergencies. On a positive note it is still warm. Love Thailand for that.

Striped linen T – Zara similar. Skinny jeans – Zara similar. Grey Blazer – Zara similar. Pink ring – Swarovski. Suede loafers – Anne Klein. Orange clutch – Jaspal. Polka dot umbrella – local market. similar

Straight Cut Red Dress

A red dress never goes out of fashion. They make me think of Valentino and act like Jackie O on a breezy terrace. Especially when you add a string of pearls or two. A simple A-line frock is perfect for weekends or a casual day at the office, and I love the pleated neckline on this one.

Dress – Mango (colours: black, electric blue, pink). Diamante flats – Aldo, similar. Bracelet – jade from Burma (bought in Northern Thailand, Chiang Mai) Pearls – Accessorize (one day I will have the real thing!!)
