Floral Brigade

I do so love the floral trend. I know I am late on the up-take, but I was waiting for the right amount of floral-to-white ratio. Some dresses and tops are like walking vine-yards

Floral blouse – Zara new collection (Also in blue and green)

Black pencil skirt – Promod (old)

Tangerine Heels – Zara – old

Colour Clash

I have always admired women who successfully combine contrasting fabrics and prints. At the same time I inwardly cringe at their boldness – gasping as spots as stripes collide and suede and silk over-lap. And as for florals and animal prints * silent scream * But when it works, it is outstanding. ‘Atlantic Pacific’ does it beautifully in her ‘Stripes & Florals’ post. It inspired me to give it a go. And you know what? I kinda like it!

Crazy-print silk blouse – Jaspal. Black and white cropped jacket – Thai designer, similar with long sleeves Forever21. Black pencil skirt – Zara. Peep Toes – Nine West. Green leather satchel – Jaspal. Earrings – Thai designer, almost exact from Nordstrom

Yellow Clutch

Today’s outfit is centered around this beautiful yellow clutch. The best part about this faux snake-skin beauty, is the fact that I bought it from a local designer for 350THB ($11) in a market stall! How brilliant is that? Actually I bought two, because they were all so adorable and I have a shopping addiction. The second one will debut later this week……suspense…

Yellow faux snake-skin clutch – Local designer (sorry), similar Asos $24.86, similar BCB Generation Cecilia $59.95. Black skirt – Zara Old, similar ASL $69. Grey Cardigan – Zara old, Similar J Crew $85. Black patent heels – Caress Nine West $79 (very Kate Middleton!!!) I also went a little over-the-top with my Bobby Brown liquid eye-liner gel which I LOVE (along with a lot of air-hostesses haha)
