Dotty in Shanghai

We all know my mad fetish for polka dots. I cannot contain myself when there are dots around.

I added a pop of pale yellow with my shoes and pashmina

Although this belt came with the dress, I often mix it up by using a bright pink or red belt. Primary colours rock with black and white dots

Nearly-Friday-Flares

I have had these Mankind Flares for nearly 7 years. Even though my body shape has changed and these trusty strides are more faded and tattered, I love them even more. Like a good friend that never lets you down.

And here I am, working on my smile 🙂

Black Vest – H&M. Jacket – Zara. Jeans – 7ForAllMankind. Polka dot flats – Trenery. If you are tall, you can pull off this slightly looser high-waist fit, but if you are a shorty-pants, I recommend a tighter waist and thigh area to make sure you don’t look like you are walking in a denim sack.

Cute Collar

I’m back!!! Sorry, it has been nearly two entire weeks of blog-less-ness which had me waking in a panic in the dead of night. Just one of those things where there isn’t enough time with work, travel and a holiday all tagged together. Tokyo rocked my world, the fashion is fantastically quirky and the people wonderful. I am in love with it and hope to do a shoot from there soon.

Found this awesome little top – don’t you just love the collar and three lace lines!? It’s good to be home 🙂

Top – Jaspal. Skirt – Mango. Heels – Nine West Caress. Bracelet – Kate Spade. Earrings – Accessorise (old, similar)

Spots and Stripes

It is raining again today and two seconds after this shoot my hair has increased in volume and curled on the left side. Horrific. Was thinking about keeping my GHD at work for these kind of emergencies. On a positive note it is still warm. Love Thailand for that.

Striped linen T – Zara similar. Skinny jeans – Zara similar. Grey Blazer – Zara similar. Pink ring – Swarovski. Suede loafers – Anne Klein. Orange clutch – Jaspal. Polka dot umbrella – local market. similar
