Back to Brunette

After 6 months of having more fun as a blond, I have gone back to my roots, literally. What do you think?

Spending 3 luxurious hours in my local Toni & Guy allowed me some precious Vogue reading. I simply adore these two casual looks (Jen and Gerard Darel styling) Both are making me re-consider navy blue.

Also, how awesome is the new GHD hairdryer? I simply have to get myself one of these beauties (check out that nozzle!!) 2,100 watts, ionic technology and a 3 meter cable (don’t you just LOVE being able to waft around your bedroom!)

White top – Gap. Jeans – Zara 1979. Belt – Gap. IPhone case – Jaspal

Denim Shorts & Vogue!

This is one of my favourite weekend looks (even though it’s Wednesday), because it’s comfy and this style of shoe allows for mileage when trotting around the huge malls of Bangkok (and have super-cute studs)

Have you seen the latest Vogue? It’s certainly hard to miss and weighs about 1 ton. It’s so delicious I took it for lunch!

Denim shorts – Mango. Striped T- Zara. Green Bag – Jaspal. Soft studded moccasin – Zara. Mag – Vogue x

Olympics Mania – Go Team GB!!

I Heart the Olympic Games. I am completely obsessed with gymnastics (especially the vault!!), swimming, high jump and the newly-discovered (for me) synchronized swimming – have you seen their amazing water-proof make-up? The only thing that bothers me in the women’s gymnastics is the amount of scrunchies making a come-back. Not cute.

Here are some of my favourite Olympic blog posts: Fabsugar, Glamour,  Vogue & Esty looks back at Olympic fashion.

Olympic Top – Gap. 3 Quarter skinny Jeans – Gap. White shoes – Clarks Air. Bracelets – Kate Spade and local Thai designer

Currently Craving

The latest chatter across the fashion blogisphere is all about the Marc Jacobs and Yayoi Kusame ‘Dots Infinity’ ready to wear collection for Louis Vuitton. I have always loved polka dots, so this collection is simply wonderful.

The opening in New York was at The Whitney Museum – great pics and celeb details on Fashion Salade  I especially love how Fifth Avenue was transformed into a dotty mayhem – dailymail has the best pics, even showing Yayoi standing in the window display! Awesome pop-up (or dot up?!) stores on Vogue France and more juicy detail on

I adore these funky LV bracelets and will be waiting impatiently until they hit Bangkok. Keeping within the dotty theme I found this gorgeously classy crockery set from Kate Spade Home $139. And last but not least, a lovely pale yellow tote from Aldo ($19.99 sale) to contrast the polka craze.
